Prior to joining Beverly-Hanks Mortgage Services, I enjoyed 12 successful years as a lender and manager for a super-regional commercial bank with headquarters in North Carolina. My career included stops in Winston-Salem, Whiteville, Lake Waccamaw, Leland, and Wilmington, NC, before moving to Asheville in 2002.

About Me...
My childhood years were spent in the rural foothills of North Carolina, just east of the Appalachian Mountains. I was taught a set of core values from an early age, and I still believe that hard work, integrity, and innovation are the building blocks of success. I graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S.B.A in Marketing in 1997. While at ASU, I developed a strong interest in finance and investments (and ASU football).
So how does this help you? I offer comprehensive experience in money management, budgeting, finance, and financial planning, with a specialty in mortgage lending. Clients with a multitude of needs have relied on my expertise to successfully guide them through the home finance and refinancing process. My commitment is to add value by combining professional, knowledgeable, and objective financial counsel each step of the way, with reliable and responsive customer service.
My wife and I live in Mills River, and we enjoy raising our three children, hiking, biking, and camping in this beautiful area that we call home.

Experience:

I grew up in a real estate family. I was able to see firsthand the realtors in action and gain an understanding of what it takes to close a real estate transaction. After graduating from North Carolina State in 1993, my first job was serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer, There I had had the opportunity to be mentored by the company's leading producer. I was successful due to my understanding the importance of a smooth real estate transaction and my role in the integral part of the mortgage process. After five years, I made the decision to be a stay at home Mom. I reentered the mortgage industry 4 years ago by joining an exceptional Loan Officer, Eric Clonch, as his assistant. Eric and I work as a team to make the mortgage process as easy as possible. We are here to be a source of knowledge for our clients and realtors.

About Me...

I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina moving to Asheville 11 years ago. My husband and I along with our two boys attend Biltmore Church and enjoy spending countless hours on many baseball fields around Western North Carolina.
