I begain my career in Mortgage Lending over 20 years ago. I worked as a Loan Officer for a local community bank before starting Beverly-Hanks Mortgage Services in 2000. I was the first Loan Officer for Beverly-Hanks Mortgage Services and now today I serve as CEO & President . I love the privilege of working each day with our clients to help them experience a local choice for financing their new home.

I came to Asheville in 1969 which has allowed me to experience our great community as a child, youth and now as an adult. I love Western North Carolina for not only its diverse group of people, but also our beautiful landscape with all four seasons to enjoy. I have been fortunate to raise my family here and work alongside my husband for over 20 years, who leads Beverly-Hanks Realtors. Together, Neal and I love to work big, play big and give big in Western North Carolina!

As Vice President/Operations Manager for Beverly Hanks Mortgage Services, I am involved in the day to day operations of the company. I spend my days making sure every borrower and business partner experiences a smooth and efficient process. I assist Owner and President, Amy Hanks, in making Beverly-Hanks Mortgage Services a valuable and reliable resource to our community and a fun and exciting workplace. I am a native of Buncombe County and attended North Buncombe High School. I earned by Bachelor's Degree from Salem College in Winston-Salem. In 1997 I began my career as an assistant in the origiination department of a regional local bank. I later joined a local lender where I first met and partnered with Amy Hanks in 2000. Since then, I have gained experience as a Processor, Underwriter, Loan Officer, Operations Manager, Sales Manager and Manager of Closing/Post Closing. I joined the Beverly-Hanks Mortgage team in 2014. I currently serve on the local Mortgage Bankers Association board and I am active at the state level with the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas.

I enjoy singing in the Cathedral Choir of All Souls and am extremely active with my church in a variety of other functions. I currently reside in Hendersonville with my husband and two spoiled dogs.
